SHAGGO is a queer-femme 'twang punk' band based in Brooklyn, New York. SHAGGO is Lucy on lead vocals and guitar, Carina on bass and backing vocals, Thea on lead (and slide) guitar, Jane on drums, and (if you’re lucky) Emma on viola. The band was born out of both a shared admiration for the 60s band The Shaggs. SHAGGO writes silly songs but SHAGGO is no joke.
